Nice apt, great gym and pool, good location. Bed can only be accessed on one side so I wouldnt recommend to elderly couples or if one has mobility issues. Set up as a nice student studio, in fact there are a lot of students in that building. Very quiet though, no issues, there is security on site who hangs in the underground parking lot.
