⭐ **1 STAR — THE PROPERTY FROM HELL! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS!** What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. This property was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. We encountered bugs in the bed, dirty and stained bedding with a foul smell, excessive dust, an air conditioner that was not cooling properly, and mold near the kitchen vent. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD These are not minor inconveniences. Clean bedding, functioning air conditioning, and sanitary accommodations are basic expectations—not luxury upgrades. Discovering bugs in the bed was absolutely disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of the entire property. We felt so uncomfortable that we ultimately left around 10 p.m. rather than spend the night. We expected accommodations that matched the listing photos. Instead, we were left disappointed, inconvenienced, and looking for somewhere else to stay. Nobody should have to choose between tolerating unsanitary conditions and losing their hard-earned money. I have requested a full refund. While management has indicated that the property will be inspected, that does not erase the experience or the inconvenience we endured. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING! Do not rely on the pictures alone. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to anyone expecting clean, comfortable accommodations. Travelers deserve transparency, proper maintenance & human decency. SAVE YOURSELF !!!!
